SHIPPING METHOD
DOMESTIC:
- First Class USPS: 1-5 Business Days- Priority Mail USPS: 2-3 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL:
- USPS First Class Mail with Tracking: Usually arrives within 21 business days.
Please be aware that shipping might take longer than usual due to COVID-19. We have packages that arrive in 2 weeks. We also packages that arrive in 2 months, and on some occasions, more than 2 months.
For many countries, the postal service will utilize sea transportation to address the issue of limited air transportation resulting from widespread flight cancellations and restrictions due to COVID-19. Delays may also be caused by the restriction from the customer’s customs in this very special time.
- USPS First Class Mail without Tracking: Usually arrives within 30 business days. *International packages shipped using USPS cannot be tracked once they reach international customs. As a result, UME Playing Cards CANNOT be held responsible for any lost or stolen international packages.*

- The tracking number is NOT available for this Shipping Method. We can provide a Reference Number If needed. The Reference Number is NOT a Tracking Number, and it does not show the full tracking details from start to end. Once the package has arrived in your country, you can reach out to your local postal office with this reference number, and it might help them to identify the status of your package.
LOST&STOLEN PACKAGES:
Once packages have left our warehouse, UME Playing Cards CANNOT be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If there is an issue with the tracking of a particular shipment, please contact your local post office or courier for assistance.
Here are some of our suggestions if your package did not arrive on time:
1. If you selected USPS First Class Mail with tracking, please reach out to your local post office and provide your tracking number. In our experience, the reason most packages do not arrive on time is due to charges from the customs department when crossing the border. When your country’s customs department reaches out to you to pay customs fees, please pay it immediately. For some countries, the customs department is slower than others, meaning it would take them longer to scan and release packages and cause delays in the shipment.
On some very rare occasions, we have even heard from customers that their packages arrived after 2 months! So it all depends on the customs department of your home country and how efficient they are.
2. If you selected USPS First Class mail WITHOUT tracking, please contact us for a Reference Number of your package. You can reach out to your local postal office with this Reference Number and it can help them identify the status of your package.
