DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM

Our top priority is that you can receive your items in perfect condition. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and please let us know immediately of any damages. Any damage claims made on an order must be submitted via email to UMEFlordia@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the package. In your email, please include the order number, pictures of the damaged items, as well as pictures of the packaging.

If the items you received are deemed defective after our inspection, a replacement will be sent. If the item is sold out, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item. The customer must return item(s) in the original condition with all included items in the original packaging.  Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
